Your order will qualify for the program if:

• You are shipping to a country listed in the program
• OR you are picking up from our Vancouver DC and arranging freight and customs clearance into a country that is not listed in the program
• You meet the minimum order value requirements (outlined below)

• Orders shipping to 1-4 countries: NO MINIMUM*
• Orders shipping to 4+ countries: $10,000 MINIMUM*
  *For orders with goods shipping to India or countries in Asia, a minimum order of $20,000 is required, with a minimum of $5,000 per destination.
• Factory direct orders: $20,000 MINIMUM

1. Check whether your order qualifies for the program (minimums, ship to location etc)
2. If it qualifies, contact our Director of International Sales (Tom Kroc - tomk@stormtech.ca)
3. Depending on your shipping location, we’ll determine whether you’ll buy directly from Stormtech or through one of our International Distributor Partners, or both.
4. We will open an account for each country your order is shipping to (if required, we will introduce you to the International Partner who will facilitate your order and help you open an account with them)
5. Place a separate order for each country you’re shipping to
6. You will receive a separate invoice for each portion of the order in local currency

In most cases, you’ll pay in the local currency for each destination. For example, if your order ships to Australia and the UK, you’ll pay the Australian portion in AUD and the UK portion in GBP. Some partners may also accept payment in USD, see the table below for more information.

You can pay in USD in most of the programs listed countries, although there are some regions that require payment in local currency. Please see the table below for specifics.

No, prices vary by country and may be higher than those in Canada/USA due to regional pricing structures.

Yes, you’ll need to pay local sales tax in each country your order ships to. Unless you have a registered business entity in those countries, the tax is non-deductible and will be added to your invoice.

• If you are shipping to a country listed in the program, there will be no additional duties or import taxes to be paid. You will just be charged the local sales tax (eg GST).
• If you are shipping to a country not listed in the program, you will be responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and import taxes for that country.

You will receive a separate invoice for each country you ship to. For instance, shipping to USA, NZ, UK & China would result in 4 separate invoices.

For any country listed in the program, you will be responsible for freight charges from our partners DC to the final destination (some partners offer free shipping, see table below). Stormtech covers freight costs to its partners’ DCs in each country, so no international freight charges are incurred by you.

If you wish to ship goods to a country not listed, you’ll be responsible for the following:

• Collecting goods from our Vancouver DC (FOB Vancouver).
• Arranging transportation with a carrier.
• Managing customs clearance in the destination country.
• Delivering the goods to your customer.

Unlike some brands, Stormtech imposes no restrictions on shipping any product or style to any country worldwide. This ensures product availability for end-users across different countries.

Yes! Stormtech’s 5 year warranty applies to all products regardless of their final destination.
